In China the New Year celebration is not on January 1 of the western calendar.
Every year it is on a different date, depending on the moon calendar.
This year 2024 it is on February 10. From that date all of China will have the most important holiday of the year. This will be for 1 week.
Our company is also closed but we have sale colleagues that will check their email frequently, but the replies will not be as fast as you are used to.
