The 4V series is the most common 5/2 solenoid valve series. The outside screws and fixing plates are made of nickel plated steel.
This is sufficient for most applications but sometimes a bit more corrosion resistant is needed.
Already in 2012 Pneumission has developed the 4V210 series with A2 screws and the plate of 304 stainless steel. Both the G1/8 and G1/4 series can have this option.
Now we can only offer this for the 4V310 series, with connection G 3/8”.
NAMUR valves that are often used in an outside environment can benefit from the higher corrosion resistance. Most of the Namur valves we produce have this inox option.
HNBR seals are standard in this valve range.
These seals can be recognized by their GREEN color. The wear resistance is higher and the temperate range is wider.
